My Review
Discovering April is a fun, flirty, emotionally charged-sweet read that will have you feeling a rainbow of emotions as it did me.
April, is a struggling collage
student who ends a long term relationship with her arse of a boyfriend after its
clear they aren't right for each other anymore...well in his world anyway.
April, like so many woman appears to
have lost herself along the way with her relationship with her long term boyfriend Hunter. April suspect’s Hunter of cheating but continues to fall into old routines and comfort. That is until it's undeniable that it's over.
With Hunter out of the picture we see
April fall pretty much into a crazy depression and basically shouts out the
world.
Now with Hunter out if the way, it's time
for Jared the sexy boy next door to stake his claim on the girl he's loved from
a distance for the past 7 years.
Discovering April was such an
emotionally charged read. I loved the coming of age aspects where Jared help
April to re discover herself. And encourage her to be the April he knows her to be.
Watching Jared and April reconnect
was beautiful all the while the trial and tribulations of a new relationship
were very real, but in the end true love prevails.
I found there were bit that dragged, but then all of a sudden there was that crazy holy shit moment that sucked me right back in.
